Vintage jacket, Nightcap top, Hudson skinnies, vintage belt, Karen London necklace, Vanessa Mooney necklace, Natalie & Dylana Suarez x Modern Vice "Vintage Jett Boots"
I've always rode my bike past this awesome American flag painted garage door in the heart of Northern Liberties, and have been dying to do a shoot in front of it. It's so Philly. A work of art and modern Americana in the most random and even dilapidated of places. And what a coincidence that I happened to be wearing red, white and blue this day. It must have been meant to be. This jacket is one of my favorite vintage scores. I felt South American vibes radiating from it all over, so of course it had to be mine. And don't mind the bare midriff, although a little peek of belly is kind of starting to be my thing this summer. Why not? Bare midriffs definitely were one of the best things to come out of the 90s. We've gotta appreciate these sort of things. And the boys dig it, too. Nothing wrong with that.
