Sometimes you just don't feel like stopping and smelling the roses. You really don't. And it's okay. Nothing is perfect. Not every single day needs to be spot on. Stumbling and falling along the way is okay. As long as you get back up again and brush yourself off. Periods of darkness and moodiness can sometimes be a good thing, helping us tap into what means the most to us and how our emotions are affected. Who are the people that we surround ourselves with that make us feel fantastic? Who are the one's that leave us feeling abandoned and alone? Who are the ones who make us feel absolutely confused and fickle? Do we wake up every morning loving what we do or absolutely dreading the hours to come? Do we live to dream or do we dream to live? Do we make our own decisions or do we allow others to make them for us? Do we speak our own minds or are we just puppets of our peers? Every day we are bombarded with questions and sometimes it takes the lowest of points to really answer them truthfully and whole heartedly. And hopefully turn the bad into something beautiful. Spring is nearly here NYC. It's been a long iceberg of a winter that never seems to want to go away. It's almost time to smell the roses once again, but it's okay to feel like you don't want to every now and then along the way. As long as you do at the end and that you appreciate the fact that they will always be there for you to smell whenever you want them.
Enjoy the inspiration of a darker side of the mood spectrum. But can't you see something hopeful blossoming in each picture if you look really close?
