I've been in Philly for only a week, but already I feel like I know this city inside and out (well not quite yet, but I'm getting there). I've had a lovely time so far getting to know my co-workers at Free people this week, and exploring the city with my dear friend
Kim. I know that I am going to fit in just fine. Now, if only finding a permanent place to live was just as easy as fitting in. Just took a late night stroll around Old City and Society Hill last night with
Natalie,
Kim, and Kim's boyfriend Brian (who is an amazing cook by the way) . . . the oldest parts of Philadelphia . . . and I cannot wait to go back during the daytime. The place is stunning, from the early American homes and the cobblestone streets that look like they came straight out of a picture book. Really a treasure of a place.
These pictures were taken my first Sunday out in Philly around Center City . . . where I got to meet Veronika from
Tick Tock Vintage, and her friend Bernadette who is actually a designer at Anthropologie! Both were so lovely and showed me around the bustling city. It really was a beautiful day . . . sunny and warm. No better time and place than to be outside. I love this asymmetrical skirt. So so spring and so so me! It rained most of the day yesterday, but today it's going to be another full day out on the town with my sister and Kim! Can't wait!
And check this little bit on me on the Free People blog
here!
