Picked up this little black skirt during NYFW and ever since then it's quickly turned into one of my top outfit building staples. Not sure how I survived without one for so long. It can be dressy for night with something floaty and sheer on top or played down with a graphic sweater like this. I dig the appeal of the peplum shaped flare at the bottom. Anything that draws attention to the legs is perfectly fine with me. 

Snapped this look up quickly after work in Bryant Park, just a few blocks from my office. One of my favorite people watching spots in the city. It absolutely glows during Twilight and the trees that line the walkways seem to come to life. My heart flutters every time I'm here just as much as the very first day I visited.
