Repeating Pattern

Nina Z clogs

What gravitated me towards this dress in the first place was how much it reminded me of one of my vintage Balinese shift dresses that I still claim to be one of my best vintage finds ever. Straight out of a warehouse in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philly. The kaleidoscope print reminds me of everything that I am so fond of in the summertime. Psychedelic rock playing from the radio as I dance to the beat in my clogs. Long bike rides through the park. Wind blowing through the sandy strands of my hair. No matter how much sweat runs down my back, no matter how many mosquito bites I acquire on my legs and no matter how many burns I get on my shoulders, summer is always well worth it all. So happy that I got to spend a little bit of summer in the peaceful town of Stamford, Connecticut. Those weekends really did soothe my summer soul.
